Tocopherols are antioxidants. We offer fatty acid concentrates that are particularly rich in Alpha and Gamma tocopherols, which are two forms of natural vitamin E. Tocopherols are also used as a food preservative (E306 to E309) to prevent the rancidity of food by free radicals.
